What to Expect During Production.
The following production schedule has been established for each Jump Start postcard.
- From the time you select your postcard and have provided us with any other required material, such as your company logo, you can expect to see a PDF proof within 3 business days.
- Once you approve the final version of your postcard, please allow up to 6 business days for printing.
- Once the job goes to our mail house, please allow up to 4 days for addressing, stamp placement, pre-sorting, and delivery to the post office.
- Once the job goes in the mail, expect your Jump Start postcards to start appearing in mail boxes within 7-10 days, the norm for pre-sorted standard mail.
Also, please note that while IMS Advertising makes every effort to proofread each Jump Start postcard with great care, we accept no financial responsibility for any typos, wrong phone numbers, or any other similar errors. That’s because we send no final files to our printer until you have signed off on your proof, thereby asserting that the job is correct as is and ready to be printed.
