• Only Licensed Master Plumbers are permitted to work on potable water systems in the state of New Jersey – (this includes repairing leaks, installing water heaters, water softeners, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, etc.  Handymen, carpenters, counter top installers, unlicensed bath remodelers are operating ILLEGALLY if they touch your plumbing.

• Any homeowner who has an unlicensed individual work on their plumbing is subject to fines beginning at $2500.00.

• New Jersey requires that the licensed plumber on record for a company owns at least 10% of the company – Most companies claiming to be in business for many years, are really owned by individuals who took over someone else’s business and are counting those years of experience as their own.
